In this episode, IEA Communications and Public Affairs Officer Kieran Neild-Ali was joined by Dr Edwin Van De Haar to discuss liberal IR theory, how it relates to classical liberalism and which IR theory best explains and offers a solution to the Russia-Ukraine crisis.
Dr. Edwin Van De Haar recently wrote for the IEA blog on this issue. Edwin is an independent scholar who specializes in the liberal tradition in international political theory. He has been a (visiting) lecturer at Brown University, Leiden University and Ateneo de Manila University.
